Welcome to the Rainbow Challenge! 🌈

Give yourself a vitamin boost by taking part in this 7-day challenge. It's a fantastic way to pack in a greater variety of essential vitamins and minerals, while also increasing your daily fibre intake.

What do I need to do?

This week is all about tasting the rainbow – getting a variety of different coloured fruits and vegetables into your day! Here’s what to do:

  • 🍏Hit your 5-a-day target with 5 different coloured fruits or vegetables every day for a whole week
  • Aim to stay within your calorie target in the app
  • 💡Read each day’s email – and take note, as you’ll be tested at the end of the week!

While we’ll be focusing on a different colour of fruit and veg each day – and sharing tips, fun facts, and recipe ideas – you don’t have to stick to the colours we share. Be as creative as you like!

It’s a good idea to plan some of your meals in advance to help you complete the challenge. Remember – 5 different coloured fruits or vegetables each day!
